"Hotel simple, clean and comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom. Setting quiet, a wee bit out of town but that's okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast too which was a continental selection with reasonable choice. I loved the automatic window shutters on the room."

"A lovely spot right on the beach. Great room with a terrace. Ate at the hotel restaurant, as there aren’t many alternatives locally for dinner. Food was great. Only small issue was we couldn’t use the breakfast dining room as we had a dog with us. It’s a buffet breakfast so completely understandable. Service was lovely. No complaints at all"

"Everything was perfect at La Chaize. This was our third time and the reception still took time to explain about access, breakfast and all that we needed to know to get the best from the hotel. The Gentleman on reception took us to our room, which was at the rear of the main hotel building. He explained the features of the room such as the jacuzzi, electric velux window, etc. The room (41) was immaculate and well decorated. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast is charged extra, but is well worth paying for because there is an excellent choice of quality items to choose. Finally, all the staff are friendly and helpful, in particular reception who give advice on where to go and where to eat."
