Concert weekend

The Studio was perfect of our weekend in La Jolla. The studio was so clean and stylish. The owners were prompt with any questions we had! We would gladly stay there again.

Any questions I had were answered immediately. Location was very nice in La Jolla for walking to Village or beaches. Studio was really clean, comfy bed.

Good enough for 2 days

Great location, walkability, new, and clean. The wet bathroom was kind of messy, the patio chairs very uncomfortable, patio not cleaned, rug thrown in bush, host didnt mention it until i asked. Apparently rain day prior. One patio chair broken, substitute a very low beach chair, not mentioned by host until i asked about that. The other chair very uncomfortable. Its a micro hotel room, too small for 2 people. Finding the place was crazy, no house # given, told there is none, directions are 7th house from Genter, but from which direction? People above very noisy, moving furniture around, banging, later evening and morning. No recycling. Very nice soaps and hair products. but but from end of the 1 beach chair on pa

Perfect Stay

The unit was extremely well equipped with everything you need. It was my 1st time staying at a VRBO. I had a few hiccups with the number lock, however the owner took great care to remotely unlock the door for me. I could not have asked for a better, quaintly located location.

Just right!

Absolutely quant and private! The studio was well thought out and tastefully designed and decorated. Nestled into the heart of this lovely beach town and just minutes to the beach. Restaurants and shops were nearby that gave it the best feeling. I enjoyed my stay and the host was awesome about helping me with my questions. I will be back!

Overall this place is nice enough but missing some essentials, like cups (they only have two coffee mugs) there’s no table so you can’t really set anything down, eat, or work. Ultimately it works for a night or two. Biggest issue by far was no hot water.

Getting inside the home was dreadful. It took me about 45 minutes to get inside the home and about 15 different calls. About a gazillion attempts using the keypad to get in. Then I couldn’t leave the home without propping the gate door from locking because it wasn’t working. The second night my meal was ruined because the door to the home wouldn’t open. The keyless entry was no good. And from glue left by previous guests is evidence that it’s a recurring issue.
