our window was faced into a corridor so there was no fresh air nor a beach view. one of the bathrooms in the hostel smelt very musty but the other one was fine. besides those two things, we thought the space was ideal for the two of us. bathrooms were always super clean!

Great place to stay. Only 2 negative comments, first, entertainment was limited to 1 hour ???? We are on holiday and would like to dance and sing, and enjoy our evenings Second, food was basic at the restaurant, burgers, ect. We ended up eating at a nearby restaurant where the staff were so friendly and the menu was just unbelievable for the price. Apart from that it was a good place to stay but not knowing that los gigantes is built on the hillside you need to be prepared for a pleasant walk down to beach and harbour ect and a really exhausting walk back uphill in the heat, not good for us pensioners, but all in all a great place.

Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room.
Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation .
Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should have been by email and messaged through you. However the lady representative did her best to help me using Google translate. . Had we arrived in the dark there is no way we could have accessed our accommodation.

Mi esposa y yo recomendamos este hotel ampliamente. El lugar es tranquilo y no deja de sorprenderte agradablemente todos los días. Estás alejado del bullicio de la ciudad pero cerca de todo en la isla.
David y Gloria y todo el staff te harán sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. Y te irás con ganas de volver.
