“Nice house in good location. WiFi almost unusable due to slow speeds. Kitchen semi stocked, lacking lots of basics (salt, pepper). Nice washer/dryer (no laundry detergent). ”

“The condo had everything we needed for staying the night (except food of course). However, as some of our group were in the older/less mobile category it would have been nice if there was an elevator because we stayed on the top floor. But we’ll just take that into consideration better in the future. The condo was great and the communication from our host was clear and timely. No complaints.”

“This was our second time renting this condo, last year being our first. It was clean and very comfortable. Our family has been out to vacation in Moab many times over the years and for years we had stayed in a hotel. But this place has everything that you need and was so nice to have a place to come back to that was quiet, to relax and unwind. We definitely would recommend this place to our friends and family and would definitely stay again on our next trip out to Moab.”

“Property management team was great and very responsive and location was really nice but the property itself is very run down with a lot of deferred maintenance. Carpet was in poor shape and stained. Overall property is in need of repairs and updates from pots and pans to cracked floor tiles. ”
