“Spacious, modern, industrial apartment. Great hot tub! Near highway but we couldn’t hear any street noise inside. Kitchen is huge. Primary bath is great. Do be advised the two additional bedrooms are windowless interior rooms. This did not bother the family members staying in them but I feel like it might bother some people. The laundromat downstairs is clean and convenient. Great spot for Arches and Canyonlands. ”

“The location was great. The overall layout of the place was great for our needs. The grounds and exterior were nice and the hot tub and patio area were wonderful. The condo could really use some updates though and the kitchen wasn’t great. The pans provided were in really bad condition. “What a perfect place for us to stay! We took our granddaughter to Moab for her spring break so it was the 3 of us. The condo was spotless upon our arrival, with all amenities available as listed. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We loved the layout with bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic, they even supplied laundry detergent for our use! We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity to visit the Moab……

TV's / Cable should be updated to smart TV's with remotes that work such as a Roku. The Heated Pool was not open so that was a disappointment for us. “We loved our stay here! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook most meals. The furnishings were nice and not cookie-cutter. There were pool towels and the bath towels were really nice and thick. There was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
