"We had a great time. Villa is awesome for group friends. What made it even better was staff. Thomas super helpful. Irena was the best. We had a very difficult challenging external issue and she totally went out her way on a Saturday night to miraculously resolve it for us. Gracias Irena!! Overall great time. We will be back!"

"Our family was very comfortable here and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean when we arrived and is decently stocked with linens and kitchen items. The golf cart was a fun addition and our kids loved walking out the back doors to jump into the pools. Tatiana was always accessible if we needed her. We did have some trouble getting through the guard gate at check in, but Tatiana was able to help us over the phone. Overall we would definitely recommend this property!"

"I liked how close it was located to Hard Rock hotel, but not much transportation between them because Cana Rock Star is on the same territory after the main gate. "We were staying at the Hard Rock for a work trip and wanted to fly in a day early and stay an extra day close by. Xeliter Cana Rock was very close! 5 minute drive. The staff was kind and super accommodating! The only drawbacks I’d say is we had hoped there was a restaurant on the property, but there was a mini grocery store, and we couldn’t get the TV to play anything. Hotel does have a slight mop water smell in the hallway of the rooms lobby smells great, our wash cloths weren’t replaced until the final day and the shower drained needed cleaning. If the shower ran too long it over flowed into the bathroom area. I love the flip flops and beach bags they give you. Overall not terrible for the price but wouldn’t stay here again."

"This resort is very clean! Only thing I didn’t like was the cushions on the outside furniture had some mold on it next to the pool. The staff was so attentive and knew type name. The resort was stunning and relaxing. No one really bothered you unless you wanted them to. The food was amazing! I wasn’t crazy about the breakfast but the other restaurants, everything I ate was so good. I also loved the coffee shop on the resort. The gym is so upgraded and it has all the equipment you could think of. I will definitely be returning. "
