There was a group of middle school aged girls packed into a room across the hall from us. They were in the hall SCREAMING the entire night. I called the front desk three times between 4:00-4:30am, and nothing was done about it. I went downstairs to speak with the manager who was conveniently in a meeting and the person at the front desk with whom I spoke only took my name and didn’t even ask what the issue was. He said the manager would call me, which never happened. I left a voicemail with management and my call was never returned. There was no hot water in the shower and the lock on our door did not work. Absolutely terrible. Do not stay at this hotel. Fabulous location and great music in the lobby. Roof deck is wonderful. Hotel is the worst and staff is unfriendly and not helpful. They are riding on the fact that they’ve been there forever, and the nostalgia. People will continue to stay here regardless of bad reviews and the staff can simply coast by on the hotel’s legacy.

The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!

Great spot for the young, beautiful, bougie crowd. Obnoxiously overpriced drinks. Room was small but clean and contemporary. Rooftop bar views were awesome. Bar staff on the rooftop need to learn better manners - the guests shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience with a side of snarkiness.
