Our toilet wasn’t working and our AC was broken. Had to have maintenance come in our room 2 different times, once when we arrived and another in the middle of the night when we got back from a wedding. The remote also wasn’t working with the guide and menu so we couldn’t tell what we were watching. Never had this experience before in a hotel!

I am not sure how long this hotel has been a Westin, but I am very pleased, because the beds are great! I also really appreciate the limiting of plastic bottles. Thanks for a lovely stay!
