Clean hotel, I felt safe and the rooms were quiet. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and the breakfast lady was very loud and condescending. She was a woman in her late 40’s or early 50’s, Caucasian, brown hair and I was shocked to hear her speak the way she did when explaining breakfast items. Overall if it weren’t for her behavior, I would rate the stay as excellent. I’d return again if needed, but avoid the breakfast lady if you want to have a pleasant morning.

Bathroom was very dirty. Reservation for 3 people and only had 2 towels. If you wanted housekeeping needed to book a day in advance. Almost no food offerings. Did not even have Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi in market.

The property was lovely however no swimming pool now changed to a gym. Unless you have a car the only way to get from the hotel is by taxi to a train station which is very expensive 40 dollars each way for a 5 mile journey to the station.

Overall, the hotel provided a satisfactory stay. However the front desk agents at check in on April 29th, accommodated a room change due to a technical issue in our previous room, with no issue at all, and Maria made our time at the Sonesta personable, welcoming and was just down right amazing!
