Facility was good except our checking experience was miserable. We had to change the room twice because first time the room was not cleaned so they gave a new room but the card was not working. So we had to go back again to the front desk to get the new cards .

I love the warm cookie, and no waiting in line to check in or out. My room was clean and quiet, and I was able to sleep well. What I don't like is I checked out on Tuesday and there are still pending charges on my credit card. I charged nothing to my room. I was only there for one night, prepaid, and checked out and left the key at front desk with the receptionist.

Needed repairs and faulty curtains
There are a few complaints regarding the condition of the room. Number one the toilet was loose on the floor, number two the toilet lid slides around, almost creating an injury on a male occupant number three the automatic curtains are worthless. They open and close without touching them, Which is a huge privacy issue. Also, they either have to be fully closed or fully opened, which is ridiculous. Lastly, there is about a 6 inch crack in the shower floor. These things were all reported to the front desk. Otherwise everything else about the stay was wonderful.
