"Muy descuidado, no tienen idea de las reservaciones en línea. Las habitaciones requieren mucho mantenimiento, sucias, en el baño no hay espejo, solo hay dos contactos de luz en toda la habitación, la puerta del baño estaba rota y le pegaron una hoja de papel para taparla. Los motores de los aires acondicionados a fuera de las ventanas son extremadamente ruidosos y no dejan descansar. "

"Was a lot of value for the price. The pool was nice and clean and refreshing, the room was huge and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Every member of the staff was courteous and very helpful. I will stay there next time I am flying out of Tampico international "
