“Declan is an amazing host. Walked us to our room, reserved our dinner choices so that they would be available for Sunday Roast. It was great to have designated parking. Great location a block from the ocean. And loved the town.”

“Very clean, spacious room with 2 large windows overlooking Main Street, with generous transom windows above that. Staff very kind and helpful. Great food for dinner, and for the free madero order breakfast as well. I only wish the self serve portion could be opened before 8am, or available by request to your room, for those of us checking out early. Great location, huge parking area behind the hotel. Loved it!”

“The Hydro Hotel was a perfect location for the Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival. The Saturday night club/disco catered to the younger crowd and they carried on until the wee hours. The restaurant at the hotel did not disappoint. The breakfast was amazing. The dinner menu had something for everyone including gluten free options. It was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.”

The dinner was fantastic — €55 for three courses, including coffee, and there was a great selection of starters and mains, all delicious. The buffet breakfast was also an excellent way to start the day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained.”
