The hotel is located right in the very heart of Galway's Latin Quarter and is vey well placed for shopping, eating and taking in the local atmosphere. We found the staff and team at the hotel to be very accommodating helping us to settle in and relax. Also take a few minutes to read the history of Number 7 Cross Street over breakfast in the little green book ;-) 100% would recommend and if visiting Galway again we would not hesitate in rebooking.

The toilet kept running all night, then ran out of water in the middle of a shower. Texted the property owner, who failed to respond. The staff at the coffee shop below was very nice, and they tried to help, but they did not get a response from the property owner either.
