“This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orlando. Traffic getting to and from Orlando can be a nuisance, especially on the weekend. But this property is perfectly located between Disney and Universal. The private pool was a hit with all the kids and teens. Property management was very quick to respond when we had some minor issues upon arrival. Overall, this property was perfect for our group of 7. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Orlando. ”

“The location was perfect. This was our fourth weeklong Disney trip in five years. We are Disney regulars. This was the first time that we have stayed “off property.” However, it will be or preference going forward. Our 2023 week was at the Grand Floridan, and our 2022 week was at the Contemporary. “Nice house for us to retreat to after long days at Disney. Fun at the water slides and lazy river in the day we didn’t go to Disney. House was clean. Would’ve been nice if the kitchen was a little more well appointed- more trash bags, soap/dishwasher soap, salt/pepper etc. but comfy rooms and lots of space”

“My only complaint is with the gate guard. Haitian lady with the broken one armed glasses. She was extremely rude to my guest who were younger and in a separate vehicle than I. The rental home was absolutely better than I experienced it to be. There were minor things that noticed about the home such as broken blind slats at the glass door, and the glass door didn’t lock but didn’t distract from the overall cleanliness of the home. I was told that the property didn’t allow pets but the garage...

“The family and I enjoyed our stay; the house was large enough for 3 families; we all had our own space to spread out. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials. Never once did we need to reach out for anything, it was great. ”

“Great house! One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie. The pool heater was not on and we had to call about it the next day and they turned it on. Very attentive when we called. Would definitely stay here again!”

They assured me that it was an actual VRBO booking, they charged a fee up front, before the host charges went through, so you are able to confirm it is an actual VRBO booking with all the insurance and protections that come with.
