A very safe and clean place to stay. I was just surprised to know you had to request your room to be cleaned if you were only staying a couple of days . I was told they only cleaned the room if you were staying 3 or more days.

The A/C in our room was a little noisy as it turned off & on at night....but all in all, a great stay, clean comfortable...noce pool area with lazy river, pool, swim up bar and double waterslide. Nice area for smaller kids to play.

The only complaint is that I was charged (3) times. Apparently there was some sort of glitch in the system. Another thing I would say is to go directly to the hotel website to reserve your room as I was overcharged by $70 on Expedia!
