"Nos cambiaron el tipo de habitación que habíamos reservado sin ningún motivo (nos pusieron en una de minusválidos) y encima tuvimos que estar esperando más de 40 minutos hasta que la tuvieron preparada. La chica de la recepción muy borde. No tienen parking en el hotel (aunque anuncian lo contrario) y tampoco plancha, ni nevera, ni siquiera tetera (aunque esta última está disponible dejando un depósito de 30 euros del que ni tan siquiera te dan un resguardo). Me parecieron muy poco profesionales. "
