“It was really strange and inconvenient that there was no one at the “reception” desk after 15:00. And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. Later in the evening, the girl who did not know anything suddenly knew enough to make sure we paid. Very odd.”
