“Great communication with the host before and during our visit. We enjoyed our coffee on the swing while viewing the canal out back. The girls loved the hammock and running around the spacious back yard. We didn't get to use the fire pit this trip, but it was a very nice setup with firewood provided. Very relaxing and pleasant home, would definitely recommend this for your trip to lake placid.”

“The window had wood blinds that were nice but!!!!!!, that let light in. No curtains to blacken the room. Street light pollution bled through. The staff are very nice . Difficulty sleeping”

“The room was clean and fresh. There’s a small bar area with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The bathroom had complimentary Dove brand pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand wash. Bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of storage in case you need it. There was a bar downstairs but we didn’t try it. We were late for breakfast and there wasn’t much left at 9:45 when we got there. They had a pancake machine that was pretty cool but……
