The room was clean. Of your okay with getting hello virtually it’s great. I wouldn’t recommend it if you need face to face interactions with staff. We loved it. Parking was easy and it’s near food and the lake.

We had a wonderful stay.Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent,with restaurants and shops nearby,and the lake was just a short walk away.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

First impressions: #5 2 Q beds - clean room, spacious, little table and 2 chairs. Coffee station and closet w extra blankets. Full length mirror. Different pillow options. Fireplace and in wall a/c heater combo, ceiling fan. Pros: Comfy beds, clean linen. Clean bathroom, great water pressure, no counter space but used the drawer. Cons: small shower, some towels were stained, very noisy upstairs: could hear everything, one of our beds creaked w every move, no lighting near closet/full length mirror, smoke detector plate, but no smoke detector. Pretty basic but cozy place to stay.

The location was convenient to restaurants, stores, the beach and casinos. The rooms were renovated. All check in is by text or email. We had a problem with the gas fireplace that provides heat and called. A maintenance person came within a half hour. They allowed us to switch rooms when it could not be fixed to our comfort level. We were on the second floor. There is no elevator. If you have accessibility issues get a room on the first floor.

We had great time in this hotel. The check in and check out on line was easy. The room was clean and comfortable with a good amount of space. Both room and bathroom windows can be opened. And a lot of natural light. Plenty supper clean towels in the room and the bed sheets are super clean too. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great and not too loud. Great location to anywhere. A lot of good restaurants around it. Parking at the site is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Everything was so easy and convenient! The communication by text was excellent, and the instructions were very clear. Whenever we needed anything, we received a response in less than five minutes. The room was beautiful, new, and renovated, and they even left us a sweet card for our anniversary. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the beach! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ❤️

I think the hotel is a good value , well located, easy parking. You have to request housekeeping. They do an excellent job. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Not many amenities. No onsite staff - you get a code to check in. You text with staff to ask questions and they are responsive. My main concern/complaint was how loud it can be there. If you reasonable hotel neighbors not too much of a concern. One night we had a young family and young kids running and screaming until 11pm. Then we had two fairly quiet nights. On our last night it sounded as if 6 people were partying next door at midnight until 1 am. I texted the staff plus knocked on the door and yelled and it did quiet down to a reasonable level
