The room was ok, but just ok. No places by the bed to plug in phone; shower had luke warm water only with no place in tiny shower to put soap etc. The AC unit ran loud all night, good thing we had ear plugs.

We did not stay. Arrived, Looked at the room and left. Asked for a different room, had mold on the bathroom window. Whole team of construction workers were staying there while working on neighboring properties, I felt unsafe. Front desk person was nice, but said all the rooms were the same. We got our $25 pet deposit returned and consider the $130 non- refundable we paid Expedia for the room a gambling loss. Don’t stay here as a guest. Not as pictured on Expedia.

When we arrived to check in, no one was at the desk. I waited, called the number - which rang to a cell phone sitting on the desk - and pressed the ring button. After a half hour someone finally arrived to help with no explanation and no apologies. The room was fine until my husband used the bathroom and reported there was still waste from previous guest in the toilet. And there was no cloth cover on ironing board. Won’t be staying here again.

It was so bad, terrible beds, dirty bedding, mold in shower, we never spent the night, we walked away and stayed elsewhere. The pictures on the site are deceptive. The actual room is a dive.

Terrible hotel since you are rude, the people at the reception are rude, arrogant, I had to enter, I was 4 and there was no place available, I was paying a large amount for you to have to walk on the street because there are no rooms available between 7, I dialed and dialed to cancel and no one told me gave a solution! I would never return and I do not recommend it, bad because of Expedia, rent without knowing the conditions and treatment, no hot water, no mattresses, no service, terrible hotel

This place is like the trenches. It’s disgustingly dirty and sooo outdated. The entire hotel is in need of a deep cleaning and some major TLC. The photos posted by the hotel is false advertisement, so please read the reviews before booking (unlike I did). The lamp outside the room we were given should’ve indicated that this would’ve been the worse stay we’ve ever had. From the dingy carpet, to the dusty furniture, to the horrible bathroom- you’re better off staying at the hostel next door! Here are some positives: great location to walk to the beach and plaza, staff were friendly, plenty of parking, AC worked great.

The location of the property and parking are the best. It’s very safe and walking distance to the beach, casino, Heavenly Gondolas, shopping, restaurants. However, the walls in rooms are very thin. I could hear the full conversation of next door neighbors until 3am and then their phone convo at 7am. Bring ear plugs and you’ll be golden. Other than that the place is great. It was a pool and the beach voucher let you access private clean beach for free.
