"Gravy was like milk "

"Room was clean. That is the most important thing! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Eggs were watery and sausage was cold. Coffee was weak. Also if you are Staying Saturday or Sunday Breakfast doesn't start till 7am. So used to 6am start time wish this was that way here."

"Restaurant was wonderful my husband enjoyed the steak and lobster a real treat after long drive, wait staff wonderful and kitchen supervisor even came out to check on customers, portion were large. We will stay there again and again"

"Very clean well maintained. Standard breakfast. Was quite noisy being next to the freeway."

"Asked for a later checkout and was told it would be fine as long as we were out by 3 pm as 4 pm is when they would charge for another night stay. At 12:15 house keeping banged on the door demanding us to leave so I called the front desk again and he informed me he told me 2 pm was the time he stated (which he did not —he said 3 pm) I informed him if the calls are recorded he should go back and listen to our conversation as he at this point was lying about it. He put me on hold to go speak to house keeping which I’m positive he probably just put me on hold and didn’t say a word. Terrible customer service in my opinion."
