“We stayed in the suite which was a great size had a lovely large wrap around balcony with fabulous views of the beach and a hot tub. The ac in the room was a noisy unit. Bed was ok and they provided extra bedding, robes and slippers which was a nice touch. Plenty of storage space. Good location. Breakfast was ok not the best for my taste, no fresh juice and the coffee was not the greater, however plenty of fresh fruit.”

“Das Hotel sowie Service und Personal waren herausragend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in unserer Luxury Villa mit Sea Front Lage sehr genossen. Kleinigkeiten könnte man beanstanden was für ein Hotel der Größe allerdings normal ist. Die einzige kleine Empfehlung wäre die Schlafmöglichkeit im EG zu ändern. Das wäre aber auch schon alles und der Urlaub war rundum wundervoll! Wir werden wieder kommen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus.”

“Patrica and her team were wonderful. They went out of their way to get our room ready for an early check in which was very kind. The rooms are immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of food. The staff were always very friendly and cheerful. The rooftop pool was the icing on the cake! The views were stunning and we were always able to get a bed by the pool. We will not hesitate to return!”

“Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone……

“The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.”
