Great staff and nice place to stay however our room had no hot water so we took cold showers which was disappointing especially since a soaking tub was one of the features of our room. There was also a strong sewage smell in our room which was concerning. All other amenities were great though. Pool and breakfast was wonderful. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I loved the self check-in. The pool was lovely (empty no kids!) There are animals on the property which just adds charm. The fire pit and BBQ on site were utilized and that was great to see. My room was clean, perfect for one person. The breakfast was delicious. They also offered snacks and beverages 24/7. Nice touch!! I would come back here in a heartbeat!!

The great thing about this property was that its location was outside of Lancaster, surrounded by farmland, and so peaceful. A fire pit with plenty of cut wood was provided as well. Morning breakfast was delicious and made to order. With a checkout of 11 am, there was still time to relax before leaving, and the rates just could not be beat.

One of the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed. Staff super friendly and even know short staffed for breakfast our compliments to the chef. You had choice of a full menu vs what the owners chose to make that day. Place was clean and considering the age of the Mansion very well maintained. The grounds were just beautiful and parking was ample. Thank you for a wonderful stay. FIVE stars and highly recommend. Our only issue is my husband is handicapped so will request ground floor next time.

It’s a beautiful Victorian house, and we stayed on the top floor. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the staff and owner were friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, we noticed that earplugs were provided, which we quickly realized were necessary. We didn’t realize beforehand that an Amtrak train line was only about 30 yards away. There was also quite a bit of traffic, with trucks and cars speeding by, so it could get fairly noisy at times. The ac units in our room were weak. The pool, hot tub, and fireplace were great and definitely added to the experience. We originally booked through Expedia for $150 per night. However, when we requested to extend our stay by one additional night, we were charged $250, which was a significant increase. The access to snacks was a nice touch, and the staff and owner were helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was limited, though. We didn’t receive housekeeping until the last day, when our towels were changed.
