Towels were dirty and we had to ask for them. My pillow had dried blood stains. No amenities. They have an outdoor pool which was closed most of the time. Bathing water was frigid! Only a few times did it get barely warm, only after we complained. We had problems entering room using the electronic key. Room prices were ok, if one simply needs a place to sleep and doesn’t mind a cold shower!

I tried to take a shower twice between check in and check out but there was ZERO hot water. The hotel appeared to be maybe half full and for a hotel of this size that seems extremely unreasonable. Very disappointed. I won’t be back…..

We were pleasantly surprised. At times motels can be rated at 4 stars but be more towards a 3 star. This motel was a definite 4 star motel. We stayed two night. The only thing that was a disappointment were the towels. Would have like more than two of each and fresh each day.

I honestly didn't like the fact that once you check in the owners and workers act like they don't speak English or want to answer questions if you have any. The lobby smelled excellent with plugins once you enter your room then it's a different story doesn't smell so well. Take your own cleaning supplies. They watch what you do where you are going the whole entire time. Since they live on the property. Let the customers enjoy their stay in peace. I honestly wouldn't recommend to noone.

An affordable, convenient place to stay near the Sight & Sound Theater. We live just far enough that I didn’t want to do the drive home after the Saturday night performance. Had a good night’s sleep.

Terrible customer service! The front desk woman was very arrogant and had a attitude problem. There's no microwaves in the room and the pool is closed! The housekeeping were outside our room sitting down in chairs right in front of our door waiting for us to leave and it was only 10:30am . Horrible service and to give you a towel and soap they give you an attitude! We stay two days because we booked it online but never ever will stay here again. The place is dark and dingy and the customer service is not very good at all.My son was locked out of the room and asked the desk woman if she can open the door for him because we were out buying some groceries and she gave him an attitude and said no you have to wait till they get back. Completely unprofessional! I don't recommend this place at all!
