We learned that towels are only replaced if you stay 3 nights as well as simple room service such as emptying the garbage. I found the layout very confusing and the pictures mis-leading. Its a fine accomodation for 2 travellers, but not a great family stay.

If I could put zero I would. Bedroom had droplets of blood on the floor and a long fingernail behind bedroom door. Droplets of blood on the wall by the bed. Used soap in the shower. Dirty. Unsanitary. Please avoid.
