“Experience très décevante : Nous avons reservé une suite avec vue, et j’avais également reservé une place de parking pour ma voiture. On ne m’a proposé qu’un demi box minuscule, ma voiture ne pouvait pas y entrer , j’ai dû laisser ma voiture dans la rue, ce qui n’était pas compatible avec la tranquillité d’esprit que nous recherchions. De surcroit la personne de l’accueil a contourné le problème, sans chercher de solution, et sans s’excuser ! Seul un employé de l’accueil, a réussi à reconnaître……

“A lovely, typically French, hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for four nights to enjoy Collioure. The location is perfect, three minutes walk into the centre. The room was cleaned every day. Our room had a balcony, which was lovely. Breakfast is buffet style with a range of good quality options. We were there in August, and the air conditioning was very welcome! Highly recommended.”

“The service at le donjon was superb. Felt completely pampered! From the time we arrived our bags were taken to our room. The receptionist spoke perfect english. Which was super helpful, as our French is mediocre. The buffet was excellent and diverse. The bags were taken to the taxi area after our stay. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Every detail was perfect. “On avait un logement cinéma sur le thème lucky luke. Sympa. 2 ans auparavant on avait eut l'âge de glace. Logement propre mais vieillissant : porte abîmée, fenêtre de la cuisine qui ne joint plus, sol abîmé ou taché a côté des toilettes... Mais cela n'empêche pas de profiter du lieu ni du camping avec sa belle piscine et toboggan. Proche de la plage. Restaurant et supérette dans le camping. Quelques petites animations ont animé les soirées. On a passé un beau court séjour. Petit bémol ou le 2……

“Apartment was nice, spacious for 5 people and clean. Access to beach and swimming pool through the hotel just across the street - staff very helpful and friendly. Beach club nice and relatively cheap. Some improvements and suggestions- Kitchen forniture could require some maintenance or refreshment- every time there was a bad smell noticeable entering the apartment probably due to bathroom or air conditioning, not a problem for staying (after few min you don’t notice anymore) but wasting a bit……
