“Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. ”

“The hotel is a convenient walk from the airport. We arrived after 11pm and were checked in quickly. The rooms were comfortable and clean.”

“Exceeded all expectations. The hotel was inside the city gates of Carcassonne. Updated and comfortable. Nice, quite garden in the back where you could escape the crowds. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was friendly, especially the staff stationed for the breakfast buffet. Where to park was a bit confusing and the GPS tried to take us through the city gates (obviously, not possible). Would highly recommend the experience and the hotel.”
