“Super nice spot, in a small village, the hotel is very clean and upscale, nice rooms. Our room did not have much of a view however. The pool and common areas are very tasteful. The town is VERY small with very limited restaurants, especially at dinner. It is a quaint small quiet village. No nightlife. I would recommend this hotel for its charm and old castle feeling, but be aware it is very quiet at night and you will have to drive to access more than the 3 restaurants, which are in very close……

“Beautiful property, good location, lots to do, staff is very accommodating - Marjorie at reception was exceptionally helpful, room was very comfortable & peaceful. Lovely setting for a holiday. Breakfast is plentiful and very good - crêpes were delicious. Restaurants use lots of local ingredients and wine from the Estate is very good. Overall a very pleasant experience.”
