At the time we booked our room there was no notification that The Palms Casino was closed. Had we known the casino was still closed we would have stayed elsewhere.

Disappointing visit
I booked a one bedroom suite for three nights and the refrigerator didn’t work, the TVs didn’t work, the phone in the bedroom did not work, both of the lamps on the nightstands not work and when I called the front desk, they said would send someone to fix it. The person that came up to the room did not fix anything! I called the next day and the same thing happened as well. They never offered a room change ore any type of solution for my inconvenience. I was highly disappointed!

Check in was very confusing they had kiosks for self check in but they did not work and nobody thought to put a sign on the kiosk out of order so it’s like you get out of line to go try that stupid kiosk and it doesn’t work and guess what you have to go back in the same line and wait for the only two front desk to help you check in The room was missing everything that you needed to use the kitchenette there’s usually pots and pans plates table settings things that you would need in order to use the actual kitchen and cook and eat I had to request everything from room service there was no robes in the room I had to request those And security at the elevators did not make it a point to make people wear masks Caucasian woman with her dog was able to get into my elevator and she did not have a mask on security didn’t tell her anything I wonder why I’ve been to this palms place before my first time was amazing but there was also my first time to Vegas each time I come back little things are wrong every time but the view is amazing and the bathtub is a plus
