I love staying at the Linq for its convenience to the strip and its location. But the registration desk service is always subpar in execution. They’re slow and not very friendly. But the hotel overall is one of my favorite mid class hotels to stay at in Vegas.

Horrible! Do not stay here. Vomit stains, place is very run down, mold on shower curtains and bathroom, didn’t get soap and safe didn’t work. Towels and sheets with holes and raggedy strings. Lack of staff. Long wait times. When business only one staff member to help. Check in machines out of order. Walls scratches up and holes. The elevators and carpets are extremely run down. Motel 6 is cleaner and in better shape. Staff was not friendly nor professional. Bathroom lights stopped working many times since the circuit tripped. They didn’t refill body wash so we ran out mid shower on second day. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Overall rating dropped from a 4 to a 3. BE WARNED: when you get to the hotel they ask for a credit card to place on hold for “incidentals, deposit, etc.” What they do not tell you is, you will be charged “daily resort fees” which totaled us to $271.92 extra on top of what we had already paid for the room! We physically checked out and in at the resort and not once was it mentioned that we had an outstanding balance of $271.92. My mom ended up getting charged this fee on her birthday after we asked the hotel clerk if this would be refunded back to her card, to which she replied yes. My card was also on file for the same “incidentals, deposits, etc.” I even told them to delete her information and only use my card. When we called the billing department about this, they responded with, “This information is disclosed to you upon purchasing your room through a third party as well as when you check in” Long story short, you will be paying more money than your expecting to for rooms at the LINQ, so it may look cheaper online when in reality you’re better off going somewhere else.

I liked the easy online check-in and online self check-out. The Front Desk staff were very prompt to help, friendly and very helpful with their assistance and directions. The room was spaceous, spotless, and well equipped with all the accessories needed for a 3 night stay. The maintenance staff were very prompt to help and provide us with shampoo & conditioner refills, clean towels and the hallways were very quiet. I liked the Spa and Gym room on the 6th floor. I'd return to LINQ Hotel and Experience and would also recommend it to friends and family.
