“Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). ”

“Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!”

“Für unseren Kurzaufenhalt haben wir uns mit einer 2 std. Verspätung erst einchecken können. (Hotel wurde von Tel. informiert). Reibungsloses Einchecken, Frühstück super ok. Für uns hat es völlig ausgereicht mit der Auswahl. Am Samstag noch Disco mit der Chefin, sie sang persönlich, eine tolle Stimmung. ”

Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, schöner Fitness und Spa-Bereich / Sauna. Preisgünstige Tennishalle mit sehr schnellem Belag direkt nebenan. Perfekt für ein Wochenende. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein wenig zu teuer und zu abgelegen. Es hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen!”
