“Beautiful location with road access. Large facility with big bathroom and living areas. Plenty of dishes and silverware to use.
Renters take notice if important to you of the following:
Descriptions says “laundry” but there is none on property for guests.
Boating equipment not available
No outdoor grill found
Pretty important for us “no microwave”
Dishwasher rack is broken
Floor in kitchen is warped prob from water damage
The thermostat only controls hallway, not rooms
No lighting in dinning……
