The property is older but extremely well maintained and the service is excellent! We used the bus to go into the old town and it was very convenient. Nice experience.

The bed was comfortable, sheets fresh. The grouting and silicone in the shower was not very clean. I dare say the hotel is not paying for enough cleaning, the cleaners have to do too much, too quickly, these places make money on spending the minimum. The receptionist was great, spoke multiple languages, and was welcoming and helpful.

Good in general, I chose it because of the location near the highway, the availability of an internal restaurant and the availability of a fitness area. The outside of the rooms area is quite dated. It was quite cold during my stay, so it was not so comfortable to have to walk outside to reach the fitness and the restaurant area, anyway I'm talking about 20 meters, nothing dramatic.

Je n’ai jamais été aussi déçu par un hôtel que celui-ci. Ce n’est qu’un vieux motel déguisé avec une partie restauration plutôt joli pour en mettre plein les yeux lors de notre arrivée, mais la réalité est tout autre. Le bâtiment réservée aux chambres est identiques à l’hôtel première classe qui est juste en face. Avec les chambres qui donnent sur un couloir où tout le monde peut passer devant avec ses grandes fenêtres donc les volets étaient fermés tout le long de notre présence dans la chambre. Des murs en cartons, qui nous permet d’entendre tous ce qu’il se passe chez nos voisins et encore plus lors de leurs ébats. Des traces sur le murs dès qu’on rentre dans la chambre on en voit que ça. Un matelas très usé, si tu choisis le mauvais côté, tu es sûr de t’enfoncer dans le lit et ça devient insupportable. Quand une voisine décide de sortir de sa chambre pour téléphoner pour ne pas déranger dans sa chambre mais se met derrière notre porte ça ne l’a pas déranger de nous réveiller à 7h00 du matin( car oui on entend aussi les conversations des gens). Mais avant cela il ne faut pas oublier qu’il y a eu l’alarme incendie qui s’est déclenché à 3h30 du matin. Après 11h de route, je ne m’attendais pas à ça. Que dire de plus, à part que sur le site, il y a écrit parking gratuit, mais peut-être que c’est à la tête du client car pour nous c’était 5euros par jours. Donc nous refusons et décidons de garer notre voiture devant l’hôtel... pas assez pour tout dire.

Séjour d'une nuit pendant le Festival d'Avignon !

Hôtel très proche d'Avignon avec un rapport qualité / prix intéressant ! Malgré une arrivée tardive après un dernier spectacle au Festival , l'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel ! La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit et nous n'avons pas profité des infrastructures proposées par l'hôtel et nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner ... !

Avis mitigé sur cet établissement. D'un côté, c'est un motel de zone d'activités bien pratique, à 10 mn en voiture d'Avignon. De l'autre, les multiples suppléments ne vont pas à un hôtel de ce type. 5€ pour stationner la voiture... ça ne va pas dans un motel. 18€ pour profiter de la piscine... Du coup, personne n'y va. Le buffet proposé au dîner est aussi à un prix exorbitant. Donc, un bon établissement pour sa localisation et son état général mais qui doit revoir son concept.
