Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always saying hello, good morning etc, best customer service we have had for a while. Only wish our room was a bit cleaner and the bed was not the most comfortable.

I liked my stay at this property. Staff was super friendly, parking is easy and location is convenient. Just one issue I had was cigarette smell when I turned ac on. Easily fixed by turning off and leaving window open (I stayed there in July…)

Was asked not to use the jacuzzi tub because it puts water in the room below. We specifically paid extra for the jacuzzi tub. Pool did not look clean or like it circulated well. Breakfast was good. The beds were okay pull out was not comfortable even for kids.

The staff were friendly enough. Property is outdated and needs some TLC. The wallpaper was patchy in the bathroom, cut out pieces and then pasted back in place. Towels were dirty and stained. I booked for 3 people in one room in a 4 person room and had to request for an extra towel every day. When we arrived the kleenex was empty and had one sheet of toilet paper left on the roll. Comforters weren't big enough to cover the sides or the end of the bed. I wouldn't stay here again and won't recommend to anyone else.

The manager nav is the best man to make your stay memorable..... only problem was the ac. Its not on going its hit 17bdegrees and cuts off hut if you speak to nav you will have the best stay in the city

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the property itself is quiredayed and in need of upgrades. My room was right beside the elevators and overlooking another hotel across the street and was very noisy all day and night. The curtains and carpet were stained and there was a mildew odour. The price was reasonable but i wouldnt recommend this place.

I usually feel confident about Holiday Inn hotels but this was awful! While the lobby looked ok the minute you hit the elevator it was awful. Old, dirty hallways and an even worse room. Dirty, sheets didn’t fit the beds and the blow dryer didn’t work. The area was run down and sketchy! I would never stay here again. Such a massive disappointment
