Hotel Classique has clearly benefited from its recent renovations—the rooms and common areas look modern, fresh, and inviting. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to the updated appearance. Housekeeping was very basic and seemed to do only the bare minimum, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In addition, the elevators were extremely slow, often resulting in long waits that became frustrating throughout our stay. While the renovations are a definite improvement, better housekeeping and more efficient elevator service would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

Location is perfect! The place it spacious, modern, nicely appointed and has all basic amenities you would need, nice to have laundry option right there! (*Although, we were told prior to staying that laundry detergent was there. It was not, we needed to get some while there. A small inconvenience, nbd). I will say they need to really clean the floors though! While unpacking, walking around the place barefoot for just a bit, and then hopped in the shower, my feet were black/filthy!! Yuk. Please wash the floors!!!!! That is my only complaint.

The property was under renovations. The rooms and halls were very clean and new. Great place to stay accommodated the parking as well thanks to Alex. One thing if you cannot do stairs older people perhaps would not be a good choice. Thanks
