"The hotel is in the middle of Old Quebec City. It was so easy to valet the car and walk everywhere during our visit! The staff was incredibly kind as well. "
"A great stay for a family vacation with a 3 and 5 year old. There were many activities to keep busy. We had an outside balcony and that was a little drafty but after our first trip to the pool we just put our towels along the door. We were glad we did not have a pool side balcony as we were worried that the poolside entertainment (until 10pm) would keep the kids up. Something to consider if you have light sleepers. We did not eat at the restaurant or order room service so I cannot comment on those. All staff that we encountered were polite and helpful. "
