“We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com……

“Really lovely apartments, clean and spacious. The reception staff were exceptional, giving advice and storing our luggage. Great central location. The only slight downside was that the appointment was not ready for check in at 4pm and my 80 year old father struggled having to wait that extra hour in the Cannes heat.”

Voilà pour le négatif, mais il y a du positif : lieu agréable en pleine nature, piscines propres et spacieuses, literie confortable, climatisation efficace, et surtout l'accueil "chez Lolotte" est merveilleux : croissants disponibles même sans réservation, pizzas faites le jour de fermeture... tous ces détails qui font le séjour agréable et font……
