"Clean room, great staff, right in the services so plenty of options to shop and eat…. That said the room I had was above the entrance and smokers outside left a horrid smell in the room as they smoked directly beneath my windows

"As soon as I walked in (with my pup) the atmosphere was warm, and the scenery and views were stunning The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My room was clean, v welcoming and they’d even provided a little dog bed, dog towel and bowls. Such a nice touch and surprise.
The surroundings, the restaurant, bar - everything is really well presented.
The staff also went above and beyond.. even giving me a lift to the station when I couldn’t get a taxi!!
Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely be coming back "
