“The staff was sleeping upon arrival at 5pm, the room was very dirty, stain curtains, greasy bathroom mirror, dirt in the bath, light not working, cant plug it in since the cord didnt resch the oulet, you also have to be very strong to open the patio door, needs work. We also had an emergency and we went to the reception to annonce we had to leave, when expedia called, they did not want to reimburse at least 50% stating we did not advise we we're leaving and that he couldnt re rent the room.
