"Let me start…I would definitely rent this apartment again. It is adorable and looks just like the pictures. It has beautiful art on the walls and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and met our requirements. The bathroom had great shower pressure and lots of hot water. There are a few cons to the property. "The inside of the apt was clean and stocked. Nice towels and sheets. The outside courtyard and stairway were dirty and needed an upgrade. Missing trim, dirty walls, tape on windows, etc! The location was definitely the best part of the rental experience. Shops close by and really close to the Eiffel Tower. The property manager was also very responsive."

"The only reason you would want to stay here is the location which makes it easier to get around. Otherwise, I was very disappointed with the stay. This property advertises WiFi but there was no WiFi available and they blamed it on the operator. The toilet did not have a proper handle to flush. We had only two towels for 5 days. We killed multiple mosquitos as well. The windows also were sealed shut. "
