“Let me start…I would definitely rent this apartment again. It is adorable and looks just like the pictures. It has beautiful art on the walls and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and met our requirements. The bathroom had great shower pressure and lots of hot water. There are a few cons to the property. It is on the first floor of a secured building. The door to the apartment doesn’t have a chain or a deadbolt. The window does have safety bars on it. ……

“The property is a very easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, which is great. But the property does not even have a skillet. There are not enough basic cookware to even cook breakfast. There is only a combo microwave convection, no real oven. So if you plan on cooking, look for a different unit. Also, poor communication with the owner, and there are no instructions for what to do with the garbage. Or checkout procedures. ”

“Perfect studio flat for 2 or 3 people, evocative views over classy Rue Cler with its great food shops and attractive cafes. Car-free street is good for families, and it's buzzy in a good way - lively but not noisy late on. Well situated for walks to central Paris. Flat is comfortable and equipped for cooking snacks, and always plenty of hot water on tap. ”
