“2泊分の料金を払っているのにチェックインさせてもらえず、予約の画面を見せても何を言っても一方的に逆ギレされた。長いこと話をし、結局ホテル側の共有不足だったのか部屋に入れてもらえたが謝罪もなし。最悪な対応。せめて謝れよ。”

“We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. ”

“Prima kamer. Met airconditioning. Godd voor 2 personen. Niet meer. Wij hadden de studio. Aardige eigenaar. Prima gerenoveerd. Uitleg van eigenaar over binnenkomst is ook erg netjes en prettig. Flesje water van het huis. Prima wel een klein keukentje. Badkamer goed. Niet groot maar werkt.”

“Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.”

“Had room 401 and it was perfect for our long weekend stay. The check in process was really easy and the instructions sent over were excellent. Didn’t hear a peep from any other guests or from the street below. The location was really good too, close by bars, bistros and restaurants without being affected by lots of noise. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. Would stay here again for sure”

“フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。　特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。　部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です　観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。”

“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”
