"The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. "

Our rental had plenty of space for us to invite friends over , bake a lasagna and play some card games together which helped salvage our trip.
