“The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). “Mooi en ruim appartement, heerlijke bedden. Wel hinderlijk dat het brand alarm meerdere keren laat op de avond afging. Ondanks wat gebreken, werden dingen snel opgelost. Let wel, je krijgt maar 1 sleutel, dat vinden wij echt te sober. En zorgde op nodige momententen voor ernstigd logistieke problemen als je met een gezin bent. Voor de rest is alles netjes geregeld.”
