“Decor could do with updating in the bedroom area and bathroom ”

“To stay is wonderful! Stylish interior, bed is very comfortable, furniture in the state is very nice! The room is all well equate! The view from the big window is absolute nice.”

“RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!”

“The place needs a bit of TLC. There was also a used face mask left hanging on the lamp, which wasn’t very nice for us. Good location just needs looking after a bit better”

“The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). Hotels.com had to get involved via an escalated complaint. The check in experience was also poor as the keys were not in the lock safe. This was resolved. Despite this the……

“雖然開頭係hotel.com， 揾酒店揾係阿姆斯特丹的酒店，揾左呢間出來，個價錢係比其他平好多，但原來呢個酒店唔係阿姆斯特丹內， 所有阿姆斯特丹的交通劵都用唔到，要另外買火車票， 而且車程要半小時，所以要去阿姆斯特丹市區玩的朋友要注意。 但適合去渡個假，感受下陽光同海灘。仲有，個價錢係唔包稅？ 我地check out 個陣，個屋主向我地收左10歐稅。”
