“The best!”

“This stay was a great experience — the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around.”

“Although the facility was clean and well maintained, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the staff at the front desk. Initially, I had booked and paid a room for two persons in separate beds. However, when we arrived I found that the room was very small for that. So, we requested a second room for the other member. They had availability and they provided with one and received pay for one night with a security credit provided too. The next morning we requested the staff at……

“Nice people, clean hotel, convenient location.”

“War gut und reibungslos”

“The cleaning lady open our room door at 8:50am when we are still making up in the room. The hotel renovation start from 8am. We are woke up my a huge sound by drilling.”

“Very little space in the room, - no desk or table. Not ideal for more than one night if you have more than a small suitcase.”

“They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Design is modern. Free access to lounge was great. Staff is helpful. ”
