“Helpful staff”

“Sehr nettes Personal. Super hilfsbereit. Sehr nette Erfahrung”

“Clean but super simple. Just for sleep over night and then take the train.”

“Overall satisfied.”

“Staff - A young woman working at reception in the evening prepared tea and warm croissants for me knowing I wasn’t feeling well. May seem a small gesture but both the tea and the gesture made all the difference in how I felt.”

“War nett”

“very quiet and responsive staff. very near to the sbahn station just a 3-min walk. There are supermarkets nearby too. ”

“Breakfast is expensive , but the spa is wonderful”

“Check in is done via a screen in the vestibule in the evening. Extremely extremely extremely unsafe for female travelers as you are locked in a small vestibule with multiple men also looking to check in who can view your room number AND room code. I have never experienced something so thoughtless while traveling.”
