Everything was perfect, the staff was very attentive and kind

Exceptionally beautiful historic property in the center of town, and the perfect room for a family with young kids. We had the room with the additional loft, and there are pluses and minuses. The bait plus is that it’s a beautiful, comfortably spacious room with voluminous ceilings. The balcony overlooks the beautiful cathedral and the lovely cobblestone neighborhood below. However, on Friday/Saturday nights, or during World Cup, it can get incredibly loud and boisterous. If you are a light sleeper plan accordingly or bring a sleep machine. Even with that, we would not have changed our room. It was absolutely beautiful a magical. We were located steps to everything and it made the city feel so accessible. The staff at the front desk was so kind and helpful when things came up. Internet was definitely spotty so if you are planning to work remotely, it can be challenging at times. Outside of that, we loved it and would definitely stay again.
