“The property itself was quite nice and the beach is great. However, we were battling cockroaches the entire time. We probably killed around 12 roaches. And we left bread on the counter for an afternoon and it was covered in tiny bugs. This is our mistake too, but the bugs were just too overwhelming. The owner is very kind and communicative. The only downside is the war on bugs during our stay.”

“An amazing place with a gorgeous view! Spotlessly clean and very modern. We only stayed one night, sadly, but I would have stayed two despite it being somewhat far from some tourist spots. The sun rises and sets on the other side of the building that this apartment is under so it never gets too hot. We were there in January so not so hot as in summer but still lovely and warm. We never turned on the AC only a fan at night. You can watch parrots and hawks and buzzards fly along in front of the……

“This condo was perfect for our family of four. The area is very secure and quiet, and there is a grocery store right across the street. We had the beach completely to ourselves and the ocean was warm and inviting. The hosts provided us with a lot of information that helped with our stay. Edwin patiently awaited our arrival and escorted us to the condo, and was very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!”

“Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma. The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. At check in, the villa was well over 95°F with doors and windows closed and no AC running. Opening everything only made it hotter. The cement construction trapped heat……
