“This property is our hotel of choice in Lethbridge. The location is ideal. More importantly, staff is consistently pleasant and professional in all respects. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and very quiet! Breakfast is more than adequate. We definitely recommend this property. ”

“Good location. Cooperative staff. Clean room except the bathroom garbage can was not emptied. Hot tub was way too hot. Pool was relatively warm but could use a bit of the hot tub heat. Check in staff member gave us a better room.”

“We were VERY happy with everything to do with our stay. Room was great - had a sofa, comfy chair, desk and chair and a great bed. All updated and fresh looking (except the tub had a crack that had been repaired) Breakfast was plentiful and fresh - eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, several types of juice etc. Also the breakfast room was nice and large with booths and tables. ”

“The front desk person (s) were both very nice people and very helpful. My one and only issue is that the bedside clock doesn’t keep proper time. It was correct when I turned the light off but was 2 hours fast when I woke up! ”

“Nothing spectacular. Room was clean, bed comfy. Check in is in the Ramada next door. It is motel style, so parking is right at your door. The car wash next door was quite annoying. Thankfully it was not open too late. If you need a blow dryer, ask for one at the front desk. There aren't any in the rooms. ”
