The staff at the hotel were all very kind and caring and were willing to engage in conversation which for me was a blessing having travelled solo and from overseas. The breakfast was delicious and the added service of having coffee available all day was appreciated.

Overall a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and seemed updated. The bathrooms were a little small and we skipped the continental breakfast. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast each day had a lot of offerings and the lady who handled the breakfast service was extremely nice. Room was cleaned whenever we left the tag on the door. Only issue was that the key card had to be reprogrammed at the front desk almost every time we tried to access our room. Frustrating when it’s late at night and you have to go back to the front desk. Otherwise, would recommend.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was professional and friendly at check-in. Room had everything it was supposed to and was clean. Only complaint was parking. There are only two handicap parking spots. They are around the side of the building from the entrance, after the two EV charging spaces. It made for a long and difficult walk to the entrance. I would think they would give guests with disabilities greater consideration than EV drivers. Just my opinion.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the bed was comfortable, I did however see ants in the bathroom and there was stuff all over the carpet when we walked in. The pool was questionable as well with its cleanliness.

There were no black out curtains or blinds. There was a very thin blind that let the bright lights from outside shine in and brightened up the room all night and let in the morning light. Pubic hair in bathtub.

Overall my stay was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, room clean and big enough for my needs. However, the bathroom was very small. Door barely closed since it was so tight and it didn’t shut completely. Breakfast was good and had plenty of items to choose from.

Cancelled hotel, was told would get a refund and never received. I had booked another Best Western in same town already. If I wasn’t getting a refund I would have just stayed and sucked it up despite the quality.
